If for any reason the item you purchased does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt, and we will refund the full amount.

Refund Policy
The refund will be processed within 5 business days from the date the returned item is received by the seller.

Returning Items
When returning items in good condition, please follow these conditions:

  • The item must not be damaged by the buyer.
  • The item must be unused, retain its original appearance, and have undamaged, intact labels.
  • The item must be returned with the quality certificates (IGI and Lithuanian Hallmark Certificates).
  • A document confirming the purchase of the item (invoice) must be submitted along with the returned item.
  • Items ordered as custom-made or personalized (such as size adjustments, engravings, etc.) are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Methods

Return or exchange via Omniva parcel locker
You can return or exchange an item for free via an Omniva parcel locker using the website grazinimai.omniva.lt:

  • Visit grazinimai.omniva.lt and start the return process.
  • After creating the return in the OMNIVA Returns platform, you will receive a shipping label via email, which you can print and attach to the package. If you don’t have a printer, you can print the label at the parcel locker. On the parcel locker screen, choose “Send a parcel,” then select “Previously registered parcel,” and enter your parcel number (you will also receive this via SMS).

Other Return Methods
Items can also be returned via Lithuanian Post (registered mail), courier, or LpExpress parcel locker. When choosing these return methods, the shipping cost is covered by the buyer.

If you would like to exchange or return an item without using the grazinimai.omniva.lt website, please contact our customer service team. We will provide the necessary instructions.

Returning Defective Items
If you discover a defect in the product, please inform us by phone or email. If the item is factory defective, we follow the standard return/exchange procedure – you have the option to exchange the item for another product or receive a refund.

Important!
Essenti online store reserves the right to refuse the return of jewelry items if:

  • The item has mechanical damage.
  • The item has been exposed to high temperatures or chemicals.
  • There are visible signs of technical repairs carried out by the buyer or a third party.
  • The guidelines for jewelry care have not been followed.
