We strive to make shopping with Essenti simple, secure, and transparent. Below you’ll find our terms covering purchases, delivery, and returns.

1. General

1.1. These Store Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between the Buyer (“you”) and Essenti (“we”, “our”, or the “Seller”) governing purchases made through www.essenti.lt.

1.2. We reserve the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes become effective once published on our website.

2. Purchase Agreement

2.1. A purchase agreement is formed once you place an order through our online store and accept these Terms during checkout.

3. Our Rights

3.1. We may temporarily suspend or restrict access to the online store due to maintenance, technical issues, or other operational reasons.

3.2. If a user attempts to compromise the security, stability, or operation of the website or otherwise breaches these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without prior notice.

4. Our Responsibilities

4.1. We provide access to our online store and its services in accordance with these Terms.

4.2. We will deliver purchased products using the shipping method selected during checkout.

4.3. If we are unable to fulfill an order due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase agreement after informing you. Where possible, we may offer an alternative product. If you decline the alternative, any payment received will be refunded within 3 business days.

4.4. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned product.

4.5. Refunds may be withheld until the returned product has been received.

5. Your Rights

5.1. You may purchase products through our online store in accordance with these Terms.

5.2. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order by notifying us in writing.

5.3. In addition, Essenti offers a 30-day return policy for eligible products in their original condition.

5.4. The right to return does not apply to custom-made, personalized, engraved, resized, or specially manufactured products created specifically for you.

5.5. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and remain in their original condition.

6. Your Responsibilities

6.1. You agree to pay for all ordered products and accept delivery in accordance with these Terms.

6.2. By using our online store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

7. Prices

7.1. All prices displayed on our website are shown in EUR (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

8. Ordering & Payment

8.1. To complete your order, you must provide accurate information, including your name, delivery address, phone number, and any additional details required for delivery.

8.2. We accept payments through major Lithuanian banks, bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, financing partners, and other payment methods available at checkout. Online payments are securely processed via Montonio.

9. Delivery

9.1. Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is accurate.

9.2. Orders are considered successfully delivered once they arrive at the address specified in your order.

9.3. Estimated delivery times are displayed on each product page. In-stock items are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days.

9.4. Product specifications are provided on each product page.

9.5. Due to the nature of fine jewelry manufacturing, slight variations in product weight, gold weight, or diamond carat weight may occur.

9.6. Product colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings.

10. Returns

10.1. Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. Defective products will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with applicable Lithuanian law.

10.2. To qualify for a return:

10.2.1. The product must be returned in its original packaging (unless it is defective).

10.2.2. The product must not be damaged by the Buyer.

10.2.3. The product must be unused and retain its original appearance, including labels and protective elements (unless it is defective).

10.2.4. The returned product must include all original components and accessories (unless it is defective).

10.2.5. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these requirements.

10.2.6. Returned products must be sent back within 14 calendar days.

10.3. Returns and exchanges of products of satisfactory quality are carried out in accordance with Article 6.22810(1) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

10.4. Refunds will be issued within 5 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected unless otherwise agreed.

10.5. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, consumers may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (VVTAT).

10.6. Consumers may also submit complaints through the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform.

11. Warranty

11.1. All Essenti products are covered by the warranty provided under the applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

12. Final Provisions

12.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

12.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms will first be resolved through mutual negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with Lithuanian law.

12.3. Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control (force majeure).
