Fast and secure delivery

All products are carefully inspected, securely packaged, and prepared for shipping before they leave our warehouse, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information for your shipment.

 

Omniva parcel lockers

Omniva parcel lockers Orders delivered to your selected Omniva parcel locker typically arrive on the next business day after dispatch. Once your parcel has been delivered to the locker, you'll receive an SMS with your collection code. Omniva parcel lockers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Venipak parcel lockers

Shipments to Venipak parcel lockers are typically delivered within 24 hours of dispatch. You'll be notified by SMS or email once your parcel is ready for collection.

Courier delivery

Courier deliveries are typically made on the next business day after dispatch. Before delivery, the courier will contact you to arrange the most convenient delivery time.

We want you to feel confident when shopping online, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all standard products.

If your jewelry doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it and receive a full refund.

 

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your returned item.

What should you know before returning a product?

Returned products must:

✓ be unused;
✓ be undamaged;
✓ be in their original condition;
✓ include all original tags;
✓ have all tags still attached;
✓ be returned together with all certificates and accompanying documentation;
✓ be returned together with proof of purchase.

Products returned without tags, showing signs of wear, or damaged cannot be accepted for return.

Our standard return policy applies to products in standard sizes and standard designs, even if they were ordered in advance.

Returns are not available for products that have been customized to your individual requirements.

This includes:

  • rings resized to your requested size;
  • specially ordered non-standard sizes;
  • engraved jewelry;
  • custom-made designs;
  • products that have been modified by someone other than the „Essenti“ team.

To ensure the quality and integrity of each piece, customized products cannot be returned after individual modifications.

In most cases, we can professionally resize your ring.

Every request is assessed individually, and we’ll always do our best to offer the most suitable solution.

All „Essenti“ designs can be viewed in person at our partner boutiques:

If the design you’re interested in is currently available in another city, we can often arrange to have it transferred to the boutique that’s most convenient for you.

    • Complete your return at grazinimai.omniva.lt.
    • You’ll receive a shipping label by email.
    • Drop off your parcel at your selected Omniva parcel locker.

    If you don’t have access to a printer, you can print the shipping label directly at the parcel locker.

You can also return your order:

  • via Lithuanian Post;
  • by courier;
  • via an LP Express parcel locker.

Please note that when using these return methods, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you have any questions about your jewelry, its care, or anything else after your purchase, our „Essenti“ team is always here to help.

We assess every situation individually and strive to provide the quickest and most convenient solution.

If a manufacturing defect is identified, we’ll offer a replacement, a refund, or another appropriate solution based on your individual case.

Products cannot be returned if they:

  • have sustained mechanical damage;
  • have been exposed to chemicals or excessive heat;
  • have been repaired or modified by a third party;
  • have been improperly used or cared for.
